The Waffle High-Neck Sweater is knitted slowly and at low speeds using extra-thick yarn. This produces a soft and voluminous big waffle material with a soft hand and natural elasticity. The neck is made of the same fabric as body. It's about 12cm, which is just the right height without being too tight. The collar can be folded back to create volume for a more structured look, or stretched out for a looser look. The main sewing of the body is a flat seam with a flat seam allowance which is comfortable on the skin. The panel detailing at the shoulder allows for ease of movement while the neck, cuffs and hem feature three-point decorative stitches, which are then reinforced with bar tack stitching to prevent fraying of the threads. The cuffs and hem are made of lightweight and stiff needle-punched ribs, so there is almost no stretching or shrinking when washed. The design is based on a thick baseball undershirt for cold weather, and the width is designed to be roomy so that it looks good even when worn alone.
